Welcome! You are here because you are seeking help. You want somebody you can trust with your deepest concerns.  Someone you can connect with and feel really comfortable talking to. My goal is to provide that help. People describe me as someone who is easy to talk to and who brings warmth, levity and sometimes even humor into our conversations. I view therapy as a collaborative relationship to which I bring twenty five years of experience combined with compassion and an ability to be present with you as we attempt to resolve the challenges that brought you here.  While I have extensive training in family systems and psychodynamic approaches, I believe therapy should fit each person's unique individual needs.
